SHIPPING
We pack and send our products every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery is therefore, between 1 - 4 days.

Palermo Hollywood uses a private shipping company, Parcelfeeder, whom collaborates with both, Post Nord and Bring.

Business deliveries (to a business adress):
Deliveries to all areas in Denmark: 35.- kr. (regardless of weight).

Private Shipping (to a home adress):
Deliveries to all areas in Denmark: 65.- kr. (regardless of weight).

Pick up in store:
You are very welcome to pick up your purchase in our store at Jægersborggade 31.
If you choose this option, simply select "pick up in the store" under shipping. 
If your purchase is a plant, we currently only offer in the store pick up.

International Shipping:
We are glad to ship internationally. The cost is 95.- kr. If your country does not configurate on our shipping list, please don't hesitate to contact us at hej@palermo-hollywood.com and we will gladly try to find a solution.

If we encounter a problem with your order, we will contact you.

PAYMENT
The Palermo Hollywood web-shop accepts all types of Visa cards, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and Apple Pay. We use Stripe, as our secure payment solution.

When you have placed your order, you will receive a pre-liminary order confirmation via mail, which summarises your purchase order: the items which you have ordered, the product number, the shipping information, the total cost of your purchase, your name, as well as your shipping address.

You will receive a final order confirmation per mail, when your order is shipped.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information which you register with Palermo Hollywood, such as email address, phone number, home adress etc., is strictly confidential and will not, at any time, be shared with any third party.

RETURN POLICY OF YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
We accept return packages up to 14 days from the date, by which your package is registered as received or picked up in our store. 
If you wish a refund for a returned product, we will need your receipt, as well as your bank information (registration and account number) attached to the returned order. This will enable us to transfer your money back to your account. We will transfer the money back to your account within a week, as soon as we have received your package. We DO NOT re-imburse the freight cost for the returned parcel.

We only accept returned packages, whom are completely intact. If a product has visibly been used, and its sales price is therefore of lesser value, our return policy does not apply under any circumstances.

We offer a 2 year guarantee on all our products (apart from plants, they have a life of their own:). The guarantee covers problems, which may occur due to poor construction and occur shortly after the products have been purchased and taken into use. 

Product failure - as a result of failure to handle the product correctly, or poor product maintenance, are not covered by the guarantee.

RESERVATIONS
All our prices include 25% tax.
We take certain reservations for sold out products, errors in the text and price increases.
